• a public listing platform where visitors may browse vehicle listings without registering or paying;
• a B2B gated lead distribution service that shares customer trip requests with paid subscribers (independent car owners, rental companies, and fleet operators);
• paid subscriptions for extended lead and platform access;
• paid digital products and services including Appeal Boost Cards (listing promotions), company registration, and listing-quota expansions; and
• manual payment verification for bank-transfer purchases.

mashiinturees.com does not charge commissions on rentals. mashiinturees.com does not own, operate, insure, inspect, rent, deliver, or manage vehicles and is not a party to any contract formed between subscribers and end customers.

mashiinturees.com does not process, receive, hold, transfer, or escrow rental payments, security deposits, damage settlements, tips, or commissions between renters and hosts.

Payments for mashiinturees.com products and services (including subscriptions, Appeal Boost Cards, company registration, and listing expansions) are paid directly to mashiinturees.com using the payment methods disclosed at checkout.

mashiinturees.com charges no commission on rental transactions conducted through the Platform.

• Anyone may browse public listings, company pages, and general information without creating an account.
• Creating an account, posting listings, submitting trip requests, sending messages, or accessing gated lead features requires registration and, where applicable, an active paid subscription.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• If you register on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to legally bind that business.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.
• mashiinturees.com may verify business identity, registration, ownership, and contact information at any time and may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification at its sole discretion.
• Business verification confirms only that required documentation has been reviewed. Verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, or a guarantee of legality, quality, reliability, or trustworthiness.

• monthly subscriptions for owners and companies;
• Appeal Boost Cards (VIP and Premium listing promotions);
• company registration; and
• listing-quota expansions beyond the free tier.

Pricing, quotas, listing limits, promotion durations, renewal periods, and any applicable refund policies are disclosed at the point of purchase.

mashiinturees.com reserves the right to establish, modify, or remove pricing, listing limits, subscription plans, and product offerings. Any changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscriptions automatically renew on the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled by you before renewal.

• If a bank transfer is not received, fails, is rejected, reversed, or otherwise cannot be verified, the related purchase will not be activated or may be suspended until payment has been successfully confirmed.
• mashiinturees.com may require additional verification before activating purchases.
• Unless required by applicable law, digital products or services that have already been delivered—including activated subscriptions, Appeal Boost Cards, processed company registrations, and listing expansions—are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals may result in immediate suspension of your account, listings, subscriptions, promotions, and Platform access until the matter is resolved.
• Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where required by law.

• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, AI training pipelines, or other automated methods to collect Platform data;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the Platform, database, algorithms, or source code;
• bypass subscriptions, payment systems, listing limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions;
• create fake, duplicate, or impersonated accounts;
• post false listings, fake reviews, misleading information, or fraudulent content;
• upload malware, spam, phishing material, unlawful, infringing, offensive, or deceptive content;
• violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights;
• harass, threaten, scam, or defraud other users;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or infrastructure of the Platform; or
• violate any applicable law, including Mongolian transport, licensing, consumer-protection, tax, or commercial laws.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password, devices, authentication credentials, session cookies, and any API credentials issued to you.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must immediately notify mashiinturees.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• mashiinturees.com is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• you own the vehicle or have lawful authority to list and rent it;
• all required licenses, permits, insurance, registrations, and certifications are valid;
• all applicable tax obligations are satisfied;
• listing information, pricing, availability, specifications, and photographs are accurate; and
• you possess all rights necessary to upload and publish your content.

mashiinturees.com does not inspect vehicles, verify insurance, verify licenses, verify customer identity, or guarantee the legality, safety, condition, or quality of any listed vehicle.

The decision to rent to any customer remains entirely the subscriber's responsibility.

mashiinturees.com may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• All Platform fees are quoted in Mongolian tögrög (₮) unless otherwise stated.
• Rental proceeds are exchanged directly between subscribers and customers.
• mashiinturees.com does not distribute rental revenue.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, bank charges, duties, and reporting obligations associated with your purchases and rental income.
• If applicable taxes become payable on mashiinturees.com invoices, they will be disclosed before payment.

mashiinturees.com and its licensors own all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including names, trademarks, logos, software, source code, databases, APIs, algorithms, documentation, graphics, layouts, and designs.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant mashiinturees.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, resize, translate, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content solely for operating, maintaining, and promoting the Platform.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for backups, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or internal records.

• Leads, trip requests, customer information, and other non-public Platform data are confidential.
• Such information may only be used for responding to the specific lead for which it was provided.
• You may not sell, export, copy, publish, profile, license, disclose, use for unrelated marketing, or use such information to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.
• Violation of this section constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mashiinturees.com disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

mashiinturees.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, error-free operation, listing accuracy, customer identity, renter solvency, booking success, search ranking, leads, revenue, profits, or any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mashiinturees.com's total liability arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to mashiinturees.com during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mashiinturees.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, cyberattacks, service interruptions, force majeure events, government actions, or vehicle-related damage or injuries.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

• You may close your account at any time.
• mashiinturees.com may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for fraud, abuse, security risks, payment failures, chargebacks, unlawful activity, material breaches, or other actions threatening the Platform or its users.
• mashiinturees.com may retain information where required by law or for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms presented during checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and mashiinturees.com.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms without mashiinturees.com's written consent.
• mashiinturees.com may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets.
• Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
• You agree to receive legal notices electronically through email or the Platform.
• If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

mashiinturees.com may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be announced through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
